Rayonier Announces Third Quarter 2014 and Special Dividends

Rayonier (NYSE:RYN) announced today that the company’s board of
directors has declared a third quarter cash dividend of 30 cents
per common share. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2014 to
shareholders of record on September 16, 2014.
In addition to the regular third quarter cash dividend, the
company’s board has declared a special cash dividend of 50 cents
per common share payable on August 15, 2014 to shareholders of
record on July 31, 2014. The special dividend will be paid from
proceeds received from Rayonier Advanced Materials in connection
with its spin-off from Rayonier on June 27, 2014.
