              Senior appointment at Buckingham Research Associates
                              and office expansion

Buckingham Research Associates, part of eq group plc, has appointed Mat Lintern
as Account Director. Mat returns to the group, having originally joined as a
graduate in 1996, following three years in a dedicated food and drink research
company. During his career he has worked with some of the world's leading food
and drink manufacturers, gaining particular expertise in product optimisation,
concept testing, pricing and packaging research. Mat has a strong quantitative
background, and is also a qualitative moderator.

Bob Bond, Chief Executive of eq group, said: "Mat brings a wealth of relevant
experience, in particular he has advanced analytical and data modelling skills
which will add further strength to a very successful team."

Buckingham Research, is also undergoing office expansion work. When completed at
the end of July its office capacity will be increased by 1500sq ft. and will
create the capacity for up to 30 people - currently 18.
