                       New contract wins and appointments

Netb2b2 plc ("Netb2b2"), the AIM-quoted business aggregator focusing on the
digital communications sector, announces that its subsidiary companies cScape
and Bluesky have won a number of new contracts in both the public and private
sectors.

cScape has recently been appointed to provide web consultancy services to
Sanctuary Housing Association. The contract includes a re-design of Sanctuary's
website to increase functionality and to improve content management, which will
create stronger ties with residents and stakeholders. Sanctuary is one of the
country's leading housing associations and manages over 34,000 homes across
England and Scotland. In addition, Lambeth Council appointed cScape to carry
out the development of its website as part of its customer service programme and
requirements for local government to be e-enabled by the end of 2005. Lambeth's
fully integrated website now offers residents and businesses convenient access
to a wide range of council information and the facility to pay for a host of
sevices online.

As cScape continues to add clients in both the public and private sectors they
are also expanding their team with the appointment of senior consultant Mike
Gallagher, who has held senior IT positions across Europe with a number of
companies including EtypeMedia, Hewlett Packard, SWIFT, and Asyst International.
He also ran his own successful web consultancy in Barcelona. CScape has also
appointed Ed Lloyd-Williams as a new Head of Design. Prior to joining cScape Ed
was responsible for large site designs such as Marks & Spencer and Virgin.

Netb2b2's hosting company Bluesky has also added a number of new clients
including industrial materials experts Malvern Instruments. Malvern have chosen
Bluesky to install and host their Google Mini search appliance. Newly launched
in the UK, the Google Mini enables organisations to harness the powerful search
capabilities of Google for their own website or intranet. The hardware and
software appliance has the capacity to search and index up to 100,000 documents
and works with over 220 file formats.

Andy Gannon, Managing Director of Netb2b2 commented: "These contract wins show
that we are continuing to make progress in our both the web consultancy and
hosting sectors. We are expanding our operations adding personnel with key
strategic and operational skill sets and this is translating into revenue for
our operating companies."
