LAUNCHES HORSERACING AND GAMBLING INTERNET PORTAL


Netb2b2 plc ("Netb2b2"), the AIM-quoted business aggregator focussing on the
digital communications sector, is delighted to announce that its recently
acquired new subsidiary company Fernhart New Media Limited ("Fernhart") is
launching a new internet based racing information and gambling portal to be
called OneStopRacing.com.

Fernhart eGambling, a subsidiary of Fernhart, has teamed up with fellow
new-media specialist, Creative Corporate Communications, the company behind the
internet horse racing information and betting advice service, Racing Network, to
launch the service.

OneStopRacing.com will provide comprehensive horse racing and betting
information with links to leading bookmakers and betting exchanges. The service
will be free to customers who will be able to analyse racing data using a range
of criteria, view bookmakers odds and receive free tips from racing experts.
The partnership also provides Sky TV and Channel 4 with an interactive horse
racing racecard, form and results service.

The new internet service will launch later this year and is expected to be the
first in a series of developments focused at giving users a comprehensive
information and betting advice service as part of their gambling activities.
