(Amex(R)) opened trading today on Merrill Lynch's Accelerated
Return Market Notes Linked to the PHLX Semiconductor Index. Priced
at $10 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,251,000 units, this
equity trades under the ticker symbol ELU and has a maturity date
of January 21, 2009. The notes are issued by Merrill Lynch. The
