NEW YORK, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today listed the units of Atlas Acquisition Holdings
Corp. under the ticker symbol AXG.U. The offering size is
20,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit for gross proceeds of
$200,000,000 (excluding the underwriters' over-allotment option).
One unit equals one share of common stock and one warrant.
Initially, the units will be the only security trading. Lazard
Capital Markets and Morgan Stanley & Co. served as joint book
runners for the IPO. Atlas Acquisition Holdings Corp. is a newly
formed blank check company organized for the purpose of effecting a
merger, capital stock exchange, asset or stock acquisition,
