sale.
CMS Energy Corporation - $300 million of SEC registered 10-year
senior unsecured bonds. Barclays capital, Deutsche Bank, Bank Of
America, Citi and UBS are bookrunners. Pricing is expected June
9.
Interpublic Group of Cos. - $500 million through the sale of
eight-year senior unsecured bonds. Morgan Stanley is leading the
bond sale. pricing is expected June 12.
Penn Virginia Corp. - $250 million of seven-year senior notes.
Leads are J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, Wachovia, and Barclays.
Roadshow begins June 4 and pricing expected June 11.
Wallace Theater - $150 million of senior secured notes due 2013.
