Comments on the 20 Million Dollar ZKid Network Company/Sharing Way LLC Pre-Paid Mastercard Sales/Marketing Agreement CHICAGO, Dec. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ZKid Network Company (OTC:ZKID) (BULLETIN BOARD: ZKID) would like to explain certain elements of the Sharing Way LLC Pre-Paid Mastercard / ZKid Network Company Agreement. Beginning in January-February 2005, the Sharing Way LLC Pre-Paid Mastercard will be in the hands of 100,000 members. Using Sharing Way's projections of an average of 40,000 new members a month, ZKid Network Company projects there will be 500,000 members by the end of 2005. Every member of Sharing Ways Pre- Paid Mastercard automatically becomes a member of ZKid Network Company. They receive ZKid Network Company safe internet FREE for 6 months. Starting month seven, ZKid Network Company will opt-in debit bill all Sharing Way/ZKid Network members a monthly subscription fee. By memberships beginning at the end of January 2005, our first billing will occur in August of 2005. Revenues will be split between Sharing Way LLC, the ministry where the member's card originated, and ZKid Network Company. ZKid Network Company projects revenues to start in August 2005. Gross revenue projections are 2.5-3.5 million dollars by year end 2005. ZKid Network Company projects 1.8 million gross profit from this projected number. Following these projections for the year 2006, with the cumulative Sharing Way/ZKid Pre-Paid Mastercard membership to be conservatively 1 million members, gross subscription revenue is projected to be 16-18 million dollars for the year. ZKid Network Company projects a gross profit of 8-10 million dollars for the year 2006. Also taken into account in these projections are opt-out rates, attrition rates, and non refilling of pre-paid Mastercards. What is not taken into account in these projections is the amount of new subscribers ZKid Network Company will reap by being marketed out to Sharing Way LLC's 28 million members. With a conversion rate of 2-3 percent ZKid Network Company will be the beneficiary of 50-70 thousand additional monthly members not included in the previous projections. Also ZKid Network Company will be developing and marketing our faith based "Noah's Web" web site, which all Sharing Way LLC members will be able to enjoy.
