Centamin PLC - Application for Listing of Ordinary Shares
PERTH, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwired - Mar 5, 2014) - Centamin plc
("Centamin" or "the Company") (LSE: CEY) (TSX: CEE)
Subsequent to the application made on 27 February 2014 for the
block listing of 50,860,577 ordinary shares, Centamin has applied
for the shares to be admitted to trading in tranches, with a first
tranche of 38,151,563 ordinary shares.
The Company has made the application to the Financial Conduct
Authority for admission to the Official List and to the London
Stock Exchange plc for admission to trading of this tranche on 7
March 2014.
This relates to the number of Ampella Mining Limited
shareholders that have accepted Centamin's off-market takeover for
Ampella Mining Limited at 28 February 2014.
Further acceptances by the Ampella shareholders will be dealt
with by subsequent listing applications.
