ESPX Evolve S&P 500 Enhanced Yield Fund

TORONTO , Jan. 25, 2023 /CNW/ - Evolve Funds Group Inc. ("Evolve") is pleased to announce the distribution amounts per unit (the "Distributions") for certain funds (the "Evolve Funds"), for the period ending January 31, 2023, as indicated in the table below.

The ex-dividend date for the Distributions is anticipated to be January 30, 2023 for the Evolve Funds. Unitholders of Evolve Funds with record on January 31, 2023 will receive cash distributions payable on or about February 7, 2023.
