Bonaparte Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BON) ("Bonaparte" or the "Company")
announces that it has retained IBK Capital Corp. ("IBK") of Toronto, Ontario.
IBK will endeavor to raise $2,500,000 for the Company by way of a non-brokered
private placement of units and warrants. Terms and conditions including pricing
of the private placement have not been finalized and will be announced in due
