Bearclaw Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE: BRL)(FRANKFURT: 5BQ) announces that, as a result of the constraints imposed on the mining industry by the current economic downturn, Christian de Saint-Rome has resigned as a director and as President and CEO of the company, and Emilien Seguin has resigned as a director. Jock Ross, the company's former President and CEO, has re-assumed those roles, and the company has re-located its office to Vancouver.

The board of directors would like to thank Mr. de Saint-Rome and Mr. Seguin for their efforts and wishes both of them success with their future endeavours.
