biOasis Appoints New Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jun 20, 2014) - biOasis Technologies Inc. (TSX-VENTURE:BTI)(OTCQX:BIOAF), a pioneering biopharmaceutical company focused on overcoming the limitations of therapeutic drug delivery across the blood-brain barrier, announces the appointment of Ms. Judi Dalling as its Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary effective immediately. Ms. Dalling is an experienced professional, a graduate of The University of British Columbia Faculty of Law who also has a strong accounting background, having been controller and business manager of a major magazine publishing enterprise for over 20 years. Ms. Dalling currently works with various reporting companies, providing legal, accounting and administration services.

Mr. David Clark has resigned as the CFO, Corporate Secretary and director of the Company effective immediately. The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Clark for his contributions and wishes him well in his future endeavors. Mr. Clark will be assisting with the transition.
