BVI Sustainco

Bellair Ventures Inc. operating as SustainCo (the "Corporation") (TSX
VENTURE:BVI) announces the grant to certain directors, officers, and employees
of the Corporation and its subsidiaries of 1,400,000 options to acquire common
shares in the capital of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.68, which
are exercisable for a period of five (5) years. The foregoing options grant is
subject to final regulatory approval.
