Mining Ltd. (TSX-V: CAP) – Candel & Partners SAS
("Candel"), 4 Avenue Hoche, 75008, Paris, France, acquired on April 7, 2015
an additional 2,650,000 common shares (the "Common
Shares") of Castle Peak Mining Ltd.
(the "Company") in the over-the-counter market in
Austria at a price of $0.02 per Common Share. An amended early warning
report in respect of the above noted transactions will be filed on
SEDAR.
As a result of the acquisition of such additional 2,650,000
Common Shares, the number of Common Shares owned or controlled by
Candel, together with those already held by its sole shareholder,
Allan Green, is now 30,086,353
Common Shares (29,532,353 held by Candel and 554,000 held by Mr.
Green). Such Common Shares represent approximately 25.9% of the
Company's issued and outstanding Common Shares. Prior to such
acquisitions and as stated in the early warning report dated
July 22, 2013, Mr. Green held,
and exercised control or direction over, through Candel, an
aggregate of 27,436,353 Common Shares.
Mr. Green and his wholly-owned company, Candel, has acquired
Common Shares for investment purposes. Based on several factors,
including Mr. Green's investment objectives and market conditions,
Mr. Green may determine to directly or indirectly increase or
decrease his ownership of securities of the Company, in the open
market, by private agreement or otherwise, subject to compliance
with applicable securities laws.
