Certain employees of CI Capital Markets Inc. ("CICM"), are pleased to announce
that they have completed their acquisition of CICM from CI Financial Corp.
("CI").


The firm, which was formerly the capital markets group of Blackmont Capital
Inc., will be renamed Stonecap Securities Inc. on or about Monday March 22,
2010, subject to receipt of all final approvals.
