Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CSG) (the "Company") today announced
the resignation of Joseph Montgomery
from the Company's board of directors. Mr. Montgomery has also
resigned from his position as Executive Vice President of the
Company. The Company also announced the resignation of Patrick Mooney from the Company's board of
directors.
"Joe and Pat have been significant contributors
to the Company and its vision since the beginning," said
Dennis Milburn, Chief Executive
Officer and President of the Company. "They will be missed. On
behalf of the board and management, we thank Joe and Pat for their
years of leadership and advice."
Following Mr. Montgomery and Mr. Mooney's
resignations, the board is now comprised of Dennis Milburn, Edward
(Ted) Robinson and Andres
Rendle.
