Estrella International Energy Services Ltd. ("Estrella") (TSX VENTURE:EEN), is
pleased to announce that it intends to make the bi-annual interest payment due
in connection with its convertible debentures issued on January 24, 2011, in
cash. The amount due in respect of the bi-annual interest payment is
approximately CAD$907,397 (CAD$6,049.33 for each CAD$100,000 of convertible debt
owing) and is payable by Estrella on or before February 7, 2012.
