E.G. Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EGC.H), ("E.G. Capital"), formally National
Construction Inc., today announces results for the year ended February 28, 2010.


Comparison of the twelve months ended February 28, 2010 and February 28, 2009 

Revenue was $2,537 for the twelve month period ended February 28, 2010 as
compared to $41,270 for the same period last year. Administrative Expenses were
$152,337 for the twelve months ended February 28, 2010 as compared to $143,346
for the same period last year. For the twelve months ended February 28, 2010,
the $152,337 included approximately $129,508 in professional and advisory
expenses and approximately $22,829 in regulatory related filing expenses,
consulting, and sundry administrative costs. For the twelve months ended
February 28, 2009, the $143,346 included approximately $73,635 in professional
and advisory expenses and approximately $69,711 in regulatory related filing
expenses, consulting and sundry administrative costs. The increase is due to
increased expenses incurred in pursuing potential opportunities to enhance
shareholder value.


The Corporation incurred interest and bank charges of $22,449 for the twelve
months ended February 28, 2010 as compared to interest expense of $10,565 for
the same period last year. The increase was largely due to accrued interest on
outstanding Ontario capital tax for which management is attempting to negotiate
a reduction in taxes claimed as payable by the Province.


The Corporation incurred foreign currency exchange loss of $22,601 for the
twelve months ended February 28, 2010 as compared to foreign currency exchange
gain of $79,343 for the same period last year. 


As a result of the foregoing factors, the loss before special items for the
twelve months ended February 28, 2010 was $194,850 as compared to a loss before
special items of $33,298 for the same period last year. 


The Corporation incurred special items expense of $nil for the twelve month
period ended February 28, 2010 as compared to a loss of $275,290 for the same
period last year. 


As a result of the foregoing factors, the loss for the twelve months ended
February 28, 2010 was $194,850 as compared to a loss of $308,588 for the same
period last year.
