Inc. (TSX-V: EOR; OTCQX: EORIF) announces the resignation of
Barry D. Lasker as President, CEO
and Director of the Company.
Mr. Lasker's resignation was a condition of a mutually agreeable
termination of his employment by the Company.
The Company thanks Mr. Lasker for his service to the Company and
wishes him success in his future endeavors.
