CALGARY, Nov. 21, 2011 /CNW/ - Eyelogic Systems Inc announces that Dr. Alan Dyer has retired from the Board of Directors. Dr. Alan Dyer, the inventor of the Eyelogic System, has announced his retirement from the Board of Directors, effective November 16, 2011, stating he wishes to focus more of his energy on family and personal endeavors. Rick Skauge, CEO, remarked that "the Board will miss Dr. Dyer's presence. His knowledge of refraction, and the rules and procedures of the College of Physicians and Surgeons was a tremendous asset to the Company and its shareholders.
