FRV Media Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: FRV.H) is pleased to announce that it has filed (i) its audited financial statements for the year ended October 31, 2009 and its Management's Discussion and Analysis relating thereto and (ii) it's unaudited interim financial statements for the three-month period ended January 31, 2010 and its Management's Discussion and Analysis relating thereto. As a result, the Corporation is now in compliance with its continuous disclosure requirements.

The Corporation is also pleased to announce that it has obtained orders from both the Autorite des marches financiers and the British Columbia Securities Commission revoking their respective cease trade orders which were issued in respect of the Corporation's continuous disclosure deficiencies noted by said commissions.

The Corporation confirms that there is no other material information relating to the affairs of the Corporation that has not been generally disclosed.
