GAC.P Greenfield Acquisition Corp

GA Capital Corp. ("GA") (TSX VENTURE:GAC.P) announces that at its Annual and
Special Meeting of shareholders held on August 27th, 2008 that Mr. George
Elliott was elected to the Board of Directors of GA.


Mr. Elliott is a seasoned business leader with 35 years of experience in legal
affairs and corporate financing throughout a variety of industries. In addition
to holding the roles of CEO, Director and Chairman of Canadian TSX and TSX
Venture Companies, Mr. Elliott was senior counsel at the law firm Gowling
Lafleur Henderson. Mr. Elliott has also served as an Executive Vice President of
MCAP Financial, which manages over C$20 billion in mortgage investments for
Canadian financial institutions. Presently Mr. Elliott is a Director of Gammon
Gold Inc. which is listed on the TSX and AMEX.
