Schmidt, the Company's President, has accepted a position on Galore's Board as a
Director of the Company. Additionally, Mr. Michael McMillan, the Company's Chief
Executive Officer and Director has been appointed as Chairman of the Company.


The Company also announces the grant of 350,000 incentive stock options to an
officer of the Company, pursuant to its incentive stock option plan. These
options are exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant at a
price of $0.15 per share.
