HTN Inc. ("HTN" or the "Company") (NEX:HET.H) announces that, certain of its
shareholders holding, in aggregate, 51.05% of the common shares of the Company
have sold their shares to a group of investors consisting of Buckingham Group
Limited and Accretive Capital Corp., Jodi Saltsman and LMK Inc. pursuant to an
share purchase agreement relying on an exemption to the take-over bid
requirements of the Securities Act (Ontario) In connection with the share
purchase, the board of directors will be reconstituted to consist of Michael
Kraft, Robert Saltsman and Martin Bernholtz, and management will be
reconstituted to consist of Michael Kraft, President and Chief Executive Officer
and Martin Bernholtz, Chief Financial Officer.
