Iconic Minerals Ltd.: Corporate Update

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Feb 13, 2014) - Iconic Minerals Ltd. (the Company or Iconic) (TSX-VENTURE:ICM)(FRANKFURT:YQG) announces that all matters at its Annual General Meeting held February 13, 2014 were approved by shareholders. The Company has today SEDAR filed an amendment to its Articles to permit the new notice and access regime recently adopted by Canadian Securities Administrators.

Just prior to the AGM, Mark Billings and Michael Pound resigned as directors of the Company, and accordingly were not re-elected to the Board. The officers and directors are now as follows:

Richard Kern: President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Richard Barnett: Secretary and Chief Financial Officer
Herb Duerr: Director
Jurgen Wolf: Director
