iLOOKABOUT Corp. (TSX VENTURE: ILA) ("iLOOKABOUT" or "the Company") today announced the resignation of Alfred A. Jay from its Board of Directors, effective immediately following the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held May 25, 2011. There is no intent to fill the vacancy. The Board will continue with seven Directors, a majority of whom are independent. Mr. Jay tendered his resignation to focus on his primary role as the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ramius Corporation. The Management and Board of iLOOKABOUT would like to thank Mr. Jay for his ten years of service, advice and insight provided to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
