CALGARY, Aug. 19, 2015 /CNW/ - Ivrnet Inc. (TSXV:
IVI) ("Ivrnet" or the "Corporation")
Ivrnet is pleased to announce the release of new production
versions of three key platforms, that combined, will comprise the
company's growth strategy for the next three years - AdCentral,
Safepay and Ivrnet Central. Ivrnet has completed pilot projects on
all of these platforms and has begun the process of upgrading
existing clients. New direct sales initiatives have been
launched and sales partnerships have been signed for each specific
platform to multiply Ivrnet's sales efforts.
AdCentral, an SMS based advertising and sponsorship platform,
was initially announced and launched in January of 2014 and was
projected to account for a significant portion of Ivrnet's new
sales in 2014 and 2015. Three major Municipal clients were
signed as part of that launch, but the release of Canada's Antispam Legislation ("CASL") in 2014
put all projects on hold for 18 months. During this time the
platform was refined and expanded while Ivrnet worked with our
partners and the government to ensure AdCentral met both the spirit
and legal requirements of CASL. Ivrnet is pleased to announce
that AdCentral has fulfilled all those requirements and that our
engagement with our clients has restarted. The launch clients for
AdCentral will be three Municipal Transit Authorities.
Telephone Integrated Payment system, ("TIPS"), has been enhanced
and rebranded as Safepay, with Telepay being the telephone based
payment platform. Safepay is a Payment Card Industry Standard
("PCI") compliant credit card payment processing system allowing
government, corporate and retail clients to meet international
standards for secure credit card processing. Using Safepay,
organizations of any size can now take credit card payments over
the phone or web without requiring the card holder to expose their
card number to a live agent and to stringently protect the
information of that card holder. This allows companies to be
secure, compliant and keep their credit card rates as low as
possible. Safepay grew out of Ivrnet's TIPS project, which
was built for and is used by the Government of Alberta. With
the launch of Safepay, Ivrnet will aggressively take this
technology to other governments and organizations, both directly
and through partnership arrangements with Merchant Service
Providers ("MSPs").
Ivrnet Central, originally launched a year ago, to be version
4.0 of the ITSportsNet and Community Central platforms, has been
designed to consolidate all of Ivrnet's member and user management
tools into a single, easy to maintain platform. Central will allow
Ivrnet to expand into a wider range of user management
opportunities and is expected to be a dramatic change for the
industry, as well as for the operational efficiency of Ivrnet. The
system is more modular, intuitive and scalable than the platforms
it replaces. Early feedback on the new Central platform is
that the design is very intuitive and simple for a user to learn
and maintain. The platform puts more control in the hands of
the user and requires less support from Ivrnet to operate.
Further announcements on customer deployments of the above
mentioned platforms are expected to begin late 2015 and
continue into early 2016.
