Jourdan Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: JRN) ("JOURDAN" or the "Company") (www.jourdan.ca) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Marcel Bergeron to the Company's Board of Directors.

Member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and the Certified Management Accountants, Mr. Bergeron started his career at Petrie Raymond L.P.P., specializing in small to medium size businesses. After a 30-year career and several senior management positions, Mr. Bergeron joined Devimco Inc., a commercial real estate development company, as General Manager he took part in important financings and real estate transactions. He was a Director and member of the Audit Committee of Strateco Resources Inc., and Matamec Explorations Inc. He was also Director and member of the Audit Committee of MDN Inc., from 2007 to 2008, and Fairstar Explorations Inc., from 1995 to 2005.

JOURDAN wishes also to announce the resignation of Mr. Stuart Lee from the Board of Directors because of personal reasons. The Board of Directors wishes to thank Stuart for his support and loyal services for the past 3 years.

Guillet Township Property

JOURDAN and Aurtois Resources Inc. ("Aurtois") have amended their Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") dated August 29, 2008, whereby Aurtois was to purchase JOURDAN's Guillet Township Property (the "Property") by issuing 1.5 million shares to JOURDAN. JOURDAN will retain a 3.5% Net Smelter Returns Royalty (the "Royalty") on the Property. The Agreement was amended to change the party involved in the transaction, now DVR Communications ("DVR"), and fix the shares issued by DVR to Jourdan at 1.25 million on or before May 27, 2010. The transaction is subject to DVR acquiring a Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") listing under the new name Aurtois Exploration Inc., and if the new company does not receive the TSX listing within 6 months of the signing of the amended Agreement, the Property will be turned to JOURDAN.
