Knightscove Media Corp. (TSX VENTURE:KC.A)(TSX VENTURE:KC.B) ("Knightscove",
"Company") is pleased to announce a series of cross-platform initiatives to
exploit and aggressively maximize the integrated assets of across its multimedia
divisions. 


The Company's Home Distribution division, Knightscove @ Home (K@H) has placed a
wide spectrum of subjects from the recently acquired Ellis Entertainment library
into DVD releases across North America with a street date of May 25th. These
titles include the hit History Television series "TANK OVERHAUL", Discovery
Channel Canada's "SIDESHOW STARS" and Animal Planet's "BEAR ATTACK". 


K@H is also set to release the uncut long form edition of "EARTH FROM ABOVE" on
Blu-Ray and standard DVD on May 25th with Knightscove Ellis International able
to offer the 4 x 90 minute "EARTH FROM ABOVE" for Canadian TV, while continuing
to exploit the Ellis library for television worldwide. 


Along with the aforementioned releases, K@H is excited to continue releasing a
series of classic titles from the Paramount vaults, acquired through Olive
Films, including "HURRY SUNDOWN" (Jane Fonda, Faye Dunaway, Michael Caine,
Burgess Meredith), "HANNIE CAULDER" (Raquel Welch, Robert Culp, Ernest
Borgnine), WUSA (Paul Newman, Joanne Woodward, Anthony Perkins), "MY FAVOURITE
SPY" (Bob Hope, Hedy Lamar) and TROPIC OF CANCER (Rip Torn, Ellen Burstyn").


The Company's television arm, KnightTV ("KTV") is in development on a number of
projects targeted at a broad audience gamut - including preschoolers, kids ages
6-9, and programming for the whole family. Having already acquired new titles
from Portfolio Entertainment, KTV will be integrating titles from the Ellis
library into its monthly VOD schedule over the coming weeks and months,
providing a myriad of age appropriate fare for kids of all ages. 


This announcement follows a previous press release dated March 1 2011 stating
that the Company has completed the first original project, "PHINDA QUEST"
produced by Knightscove Family Films Inc. and exploited by the three other
divisions of the Company.
