MIO Mindoro Resources Ltd (delisted)

Mindoro Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:MIO) (ASX:MDO) (FRANKFURT: WKN 906167) held
its Annual General and Special Meeting on September 27, 2013, in Edmonton,
Alberta, Canada. Directors Rob Garden, Tony Climie, Cliff James, Larry Nagy, and
Penny Gould were elected to the Company's board of directors;
PricewaterhouseCoopers was appointed as auditor for the ensuing year; the
Company's amended stock option plan was approved; and the additional 10%
placement capacity, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.1A, was also approved.


Immediately following the business portion of the meeting, Tony Climie presented
the Company's strategy to advance the Agata Project through a two phase
development plan: a near-term high-iron direct shipping operation (DSO) and a
medium-term nickel processing operation; as well as advancing a portfolio of
promising copper-gold projects.

shareholders' meeting," said Tony Climie, Mindoro's CEO. "Directors and
management are committed to rebuilding value in our company, starting with the
potential near-term revenue from the high-iron DSO project and the results of a
Nickel Processing Feasibility Study, expected in early 2014.
