Naturally Splendid Enterprises (the "Company") (FRANKFURT:50N)
(TSX-VENTURE:NSP) is pleased to announce that it has begun the
process to submit an application in order to be quoted on the US
OTCQB marketplace. The quotation on the US OTCQB marketplace will
be subject to, among other things, approval of a Form 15c2-11 and
an effective United States Registration Statement.
Naturally Splendid CEO Craig Goodwin states, "We are excited to
be substantially expanding our potential U.S. shareholder base by
applying for a US OTCQB quotation. On obtaining this quotation,
Naturally Splendid will be trading on three international
