Northern Aspect Resources Ltd. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE :NTH.P), a
capital pool company pursuant to Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange,
announces that the option agreement it entered into on May 31, 2012 previously
disclosed in its June 1, 2012 press release has expired and the related
Qualifying Transaction of the Corporation is no longer proceeding. 


The Corporation will continue to identify and evaluate businesses and assets
with a view to completing a Qualifying Transaction under the policies of the TSX
Venture Exchange. The Corporation is also exploring options to improve its
working capital position.


The Corporation expects that its shares will resume trading on the TSX Venture
Exchange on or about May 31, 2013.
