NVX NV Gold Corporation

NV Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE:NVX) (the "Company") announced today that it
has granted incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants under
its Stock Option Plan entitling them to purchase an aggregate of up to 775,000
common shares of the Company. The stock option are exercisable on or before
October 27, 2016 at a price of $0.40 per share.
