Onex Credit Partners, LLC ("OCP") is pleased to announce that the syndicate of
agents for the initial public offering of OCP Senior Credit Fund (the "Fund")
(TSX:OSL.UN) has exercised its over-allotment option and acquired an additional
2.1 million units of the Fund. In total, the Fund issued 34.1 million units
pursuant to its initial public offering, yielding gross proceeds of $341
million. The units are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol
OSL.UN.


The syndicate of agents for the offering was co-led by CIBC World Markets Inc.
and RBC Capital Markets, and included BMO Capital Markets, Scotia Capital Inc.,
National Bank Financial Inc., TD Securities Inc., Dundee Securities Corporation,
GMP Securities L.P., Canaccord Adams, HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., Macquarie
Private Wealth Inc., Raymond James Ltd., Wellington West Capital Markets Inc.,
