ODESIA Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ODS) ("Odesia" or the "Company") reports that
PRIME Communications Inc. ("PRIME") has been formally engaged to act as their
Official Corporate Communications Firm of Record. 


Under the terms of the agreement, ODESIA will compensate PRIME at $5,500 per
month, plus applicable taxes, for an eighteen month term, renewable at the
option of the Company. ODESIA will also grant PRIME 300,000 stock options at an
exercise price of $0.30. These options vest quarterly over a period of one year
and shall be subject to regulatory approval and the provisions of the Company's
Stock Option Plan. The agreement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
PRIME will assist ODESIA in developing strategic business development, brand
marketing, and investor relations programs, by stewarding ODESIA's development
story throughout the North American investment community.


President and Founder, John Belfontaine, will support ODESIA's business
development programs, leveraging extensive career experience as a brand
marketing and corporate communications specialist within the Canadian financial
services industry. Mr. Belfontaine notes; "we are pleased to begin representing
