PTP.H Petrichor Energy Inc

P2P Health Systems Inc. (the "Company") (NEX:P2P.H) announces it has accepted
effective immediately the resignations of Messrs. Gregory Thomas, Graham Abbott
and Drew Brass from the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer; Vice
President, Business Development and Vice President, Communications,
respectively, to pursue other interests. Mr. Thomas also resigned from the Board
of Directors of the Company.


Mr. Todd Hilditch, a director of the Company, has been appointed President and
Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective immediately.
