Corporation ("QHR" or the "Company"), a leader in the
Canadian healthcare information technology sector, is pleased to
announce that it has granted an aggregate of 675,000 incentive
stock options to a total of seven senior employees and six
directors. Of this total, an aggregate of 150,000 stock
options were divided among the Company's three incumbent directors,
400,000 stock options were divided among the Company's three
newly-elected directors and the balance of 125,000 stock options
were divided among seven senior employees. Subject to
vesting, each stock option entitles the holder to purchase one
common share of the Company for an exercise price of $1.19 at any time until August 26, 2020. The stock options generally vest
over a two year period in equal quarterly installments and are
subject to the terms of the Company's stock option plan and its
standard form of stock option agreement, in addition to the
applicable policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
