Inc. (the "Corporation") (NEX RKG.H) today announces
that at its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held
on September 26, 2014 the
Corporation's shareholders resolved, by way of special resolution,
to: (i) dissolve the Corporation in accordance with Section 211(3)
of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta); and (ii) authorize the directors of
the Corporation to cause the Corporation to distribute (in one or
more distributions) all property and discharge all liabilities.
The Corporation anticipates making an initial cash distribution
to its shareholders within the next 45 to 60 days. For additional
