SL Resources Inc. ("SL") is pleased to report its twelve month financial results
for the year ended March 31, 2010.


During the twelve month period ended March 31, 2010, the Corporation had no
revenue other than interest income of $260 and incurred expenses of $22,441, all
of which relate to administrative expenses. The Corporation did not complete any
mineral exploration during the period. 


The Corporation recorded an impairment of the Leonard Township Project during
the twelve month period ended March 31, 2010 as a result of the evaluation of
the Project and the lack of investor interest in the Project. During the year
ended March 31, 2010, the Corporation wrote down this Project by $147,193 to a
value of $1.00 as the Corporation does not have any immediate exploration plans
