Unigold Inc. Successfully Renews Exploration Licence on its Flagship Neita Property

Unigold Inc. ("Unigold" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:UGD) is pleased to
announce the Dominican Republic government has renewed the exploration licence
on Unigold's wholly owned Neita property giving the company exclusive
exploration rights until 2015, at which point the Company has the option to
renew for a further two one-year extensions, through to 2017.
The Neita Property covers 22, 616 hectares and is host to several highly
prospective gold and copper mineralized zones.
