Unity Energy Corp. (the "Company" or "Unity") (TSX
VENTURE:UTY)(FRANKFURT:UJM)(WKN:A1H64F) is pleased to announce that its common
shares have been co-listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the ticker
symbol UJM and the German securities code (WKN) A1H64F.

Exchange marks another milestone in the long term agenda to achieve worldwide
market exposure for Unity Energy Corp. This listing will increase the profile of
Unity with both private and institutional investors in Germany and across
Europe. Traditionally, European investors have a strong interest for investing
in energy companies, and in particular Canadian companies with projects where
there is leverage to rising commodity prices plus the blue-sky potential of an
exploration program that can increase resources."


Unity intends to support its European listing with a multi-media campaign,
featuring its German speaking director, Dr. Peter Born P.Geo. Born began several
years of uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin with Dejour Mines and later
worked with the Saskatchewan Geological Survey. In subsequent years, his work
for the German company Urangesellschaft in the Thelon Basin lead to the
discovery of several mineralized uranium zones.
