Cell-Loc Location Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:XCT) ("Cell-Loc" or the
"Company") is pleased to announce that at the Company's annual and special
meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held on June 29, 2010, the shareholders
approved the election of Michel Fattouche, Keith Bohn, Alvaro Schocair, Roberto
Junqueira, Carlos Leao, Ariovaldo Aprikian, Dick Tchairdjian and Robert Henschel
as directors of the Company, each of whom were proposed for election as
directors of the Company by a group of concerned shareholders of the Company. 


Cell-Loc is also pleased to announce that at the Meeting, the shareholders
approved the re-appointment of the Company's auditors, KPMG LLP, Chartered
Accountants and the re-approval of the Company's stock option plan. 


Immediately following the Meeting, the Company was served notice that certain
holders of outstanding debentures of the Company are demanding repayment of
their debentures. The Company intends to negotiate with the debenture holders in
good faith and hopes to come to a resolution as soon as possible.
