The xRM Utility delivers the multi-language solution required by Smoking Everywhere for its global expansion plans. The xRM Utility supports 'hot' desks in Smoking Everywhere's call center as well as integration with their billing and accounting systems. Smoking Everywhere's selection criterion was measured in cost per seat, cost to integrate, time to deploy, multi regional support, and capacity for growth. Launched initially for 120 users, Smoking Everywhere's global deployment model contemplates growing to 150,000 users over the next three years.

The xRM Global delivery team had Smoking Everywhere live with customer data in ten business days from the start of implementation. Smoking Everywhere experienced an immediate 20% reduction in support turnaround times. This prompted increased customer satisfaction, reduced call center overhead costs and increased sales.
