ZoomMed Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ZMD) announces the execution of an agreement with
Familiprix Group for the acquisition of an exploitation right of the PraxisLab
software, a Web IT solutions for retail pharmacies.


This agreement occurs shortly after the acquisition, in February 2011, of Praxis
Health Inc., a company which develops a complete Web based solution for the
management of prescriptions and pharmacists' patient records.

for pharmacists, of the same kind of ourselves and fully compatibles with those
that we have developed ourselves with our ZRx Prescriber for physicians.
