Atlas Copco Buys US Provider of Vacuum Pump Services

STOCKHOLM--Atlas Copco AB said late Tuesday that it has agreed
to acquire Trillium U.S. Inc., a provider of vacuum pump services
to semiconductor and general vacuum customers.
The Swedish industrial tool maker said Trillium also has a small
manufacturing business focused on piston and cryogenic pumps.
Privately-owned Trillium is headquartered in Clackamas, Oregon,
with additional sites in Hamburg, New Jersey, and Austin, Texas. It
has around 140 employees.
In 2022, the company had revenues of around $27 million.
The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
Atlas Copco expects the acquisition to be completed during the
second quarter of 2023.
