STOCKHOLM--Atlas Copco said Thursday that it has acquired Climorent, a provider of specialty rental solutions for industrial cooling applications in Catalonia, Spain.

The Swedish industrial tool maker said the acquired business has 15 employees and is based in Barcelona. In 2022, the business had revenue of around 2 million euros ($2.2 million).

Financial terms weren't disclosed.
