the Company's 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on
October 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the offices of Rothstein
Kass & Company, P.C. located at 1350 Avenue of the Americas,
New York, NY 10019. Last year, the
Company held its annual meeting on November
14, 2012. The Company also announced that it has set the
close of business on August 30, 2013
as the record date for determining the stockholders entitled to
receive notice of and vote at the annual meeting.
The Company anticipates mailing its proxy statement to
stockholders in September 2013, which
will include a description of the matters to be considered at the
