( 1)  These shares are owned directly by EDCO Partners LLLP, and indirectly by Vern D. Kornelsen, who is general partner of EDCO Partners LLLP. EDCO Partners LLLP is a ten percent owner of the issuer. Mr. Kornelsen is a director and ten percent owner of the issuer.
