Encounter Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ENTI) CEO, Rick Dibiase,
announces today that its cutting-edge flagship website,
MusicMatrix (www.MusicMatrix.com) has finalized negotiations
toward securing sensation, Ne-Yo, as its premier
spokesperson. A short-form agreement was sent today to Ne-Yo's
reps for signature toward a more formal, long-term agreement
outlining the deal in accordance with copacetic discussions. As
referenced in earlier releases, Ne-Yo would be representing
MusicMatrix in line with its National Dish Network ad campaign,
internet banner ads, MusicMatrix site presence, Facebook, Twitter,
MySpace and other creative crossover strategies.
"Ne-Yo is one of today's biggest stars and we're thrilled to
move from discussion phase to contract phase with the short-form
agreement," states Dibiase. "We expect turnover for signature

The short-form agreement bullets an upfront spokesperson fee
with an incentive plan in place to ensure maximum Artist exposure
in line with the MusicMatrix brand and overall campaign
efficacy. "Under the final Agreement, Ne-Yo will commit to
Commercial filming in line with our ad campaign to hit 44 million
households for at least the first 6 months, multiple broadcasts via
Social Networks such as MySpace, Facebook and Twitter," states

associate himself/herself with our logo and weblinks, email lists
and would be assigning likeness rights to MusicMatrix for the
duration of the campaign."
